Thank you for signing up for our events! Please read this important information about our cancellation policy.

Refunds and Cancellations:

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel:

• Full refunds are available up to 5 weeks before the event

• No refunds will be given for cancellations within 5 weeks of the event, regardless of the reason

• You can transfer your ticket to someone else - a friend or riding buddy, or

• Defer your place to a future FNY event (if applicable).

This is because we have to commit to costs and bookings in advance, based on confirmed numbers. 

​

If the event is cancelled by us for any reason, we will offer you a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a future event.
